not sure if this is the right place but couldnt find anywhere else more suitable.

I have an issue using my iShite 5s to view the forum.. I can post new threads or go onto my profile and view threads that ive posted in, but when browsing the forum, i click onto a thread to view it and it redirects me back to the home page..

Any idea's on how to get around this or how to fix it?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the website. It appears to be a sporadic error as we are struggling to replicate it here on a few different platforms. Our IT team will be looking into it to see if there are any faults with the website.

In the mean time, we recommend making sure your phone has the latest updates and try clearing any cache and cookies and using the site from scratch.

We have had a look at our end and cannot see any obvious issues. Have you got any details of your software versions etc? It might help us to see if there is a compatibility issue.  It could also be a network issue.  Do you get any better results on wifi or plugged into a computer?

We shall look into it to see if its specifically Safari and if there is anything we can change our end to help or settings we can suggest that would resolve it.

Hello Warren,
I reported this issue over a year ago. It has always affected my iPad. Navigation is almost impossible. I use Chrome on the iPad, but under the skin all iOS browsers use the built-in Safari browser engine, so if it is a problem for one browser it will affect all.
When I want to post anything I have to use my Windows computer.

I have to look at the threads I want to view, then use the search function or recent posts function to locate the thread and thus a usable link to view the thread... its the main reason I have not posted much on the forum as it simply is so hard to use on my Machines.

Below is the issue... it never loads anymore than in the screen shot and if you click the links it takes you directly back to the first page so you can't get into the threads themselves.

Thanks for that Andy, the screen shot is useful.  We don't have a fix for it yet but we are trying to find out exactly what the problem is and hence the solution.

Normally I just check back later and it's working again
