Hi all,
I've been trying to teach myself how to resin infuse. The first obstacle was of course, sealing the bag. Lots of wasted material later in finally get it sorted.
I set about making a longboard, similar to the one EC just made. I miscalculated the amount of resin and only got half way before running out. I panicked and tried to mix more really fast, which incorporated a lot of air bubbles. Attempt one ruined.
Attempt two was much better. Full vac on the bag, lots of resin mixed this time. Everything was going great. Right up until the last minute. What ever way I clamped of the resin line, the line wedged its way out of the clamp and....air....air...air...and more air got sucked in!!!
I've given up for the night hopefully its not too bad when cured.

Oh yes.
You got to take it on the chin and take what you've learned and move forward
next part will be better.
infuse nice and slow, if you are short on resin clamp off then mix more, add this to your pot then start again when ready.
