Group: Forum Members Posts: 2.5K, Visits: 28K	Use a structural epoxy adhesive like Araldite 2014, or Easy Composites ET500. Alternatively, I'm a big fan of methyl methacrylate adhesives like SAE or EC's Voodoo Glu. Surface prep is paramount. You need to key both the carbon and the steel very well, and clean with acetone very well. If you are bonding to a peel ply surface, then just clean it with acetone before bonding.
