Hi again

Finished a mould using the Vinylester Uni-Mould system.  I was going to use wet layup in the moulds but have now decided to use pre-preg instead, so I will need to post-cure the mould.

What is the accepted post-curing procedure for Uni-Mould? i.e: temperatures and dwell times at said temperatures?

Also, could anybody tell me, what is the highest maximum temperature I can SAFELY take the mould up to during post-curing?

Thanks for any help.

For ambient temperature use, a post cure of the mould is recommended, but not required. If you intendto use the mould for pre‐preg or in‐mould post curing of your parts then an elevated temperature postcure is required.Recommended post‐cure for elevated temperature mould use:10hrs at 60°C  2hrs at 70°C  2hrs at 80°C  2hrs at 80°C
