Dear All,
I am a research student, I am facing a problem that the colleagues have raised the question regarding the safety of CFRP destructive testing.
Mostly my tests are destructive testing both static testing in Universal testing machine and Dynamic testing with Pendulum (similar to Izod and charpy), Drop tower testing and may be next year testing profile structures in Crash test facility.
The problem is that right now I want to do some test in my Lab where other researchers also work. They are afraid about the safety issues. So I need some safety norms from european union or other commitee so that I can follow the safety precaution as per that.
Is there any specific safety norms to be followed while performing these tests?
It would be of great help. Thanking you in advance.
Regards
Sequeira Gerald
