hi guys im thinking of rapping my hole car in 2/2 twill carbon and give about 10 coats of clear coat.

when it comes to the roof it would need to come down the pillers and rear 1/4 pannel in one

or can it be joined?

if so is it a butt joint lining up the patten like you would wall paper?

any help would be really helpful

thanks all
Dave

I would have said so, the best thing to do is probably join it at the center of the roof as there will always be a noitceable joint but if it's in the center it won't look bad. If your using a twill weave you could even mirror the weave on the other side of the joint and make the joint a feature so a birds eye view of the carbon weave on the roof instead of looking like this: \\\\\\\ it would look like this: <<<<<<

I think you would have to use some profinish to keep it looking neat.

Dave.
