Thanks all
I understand that is quite difficult to realize.
BTW I was thinking about a bended tube, not a hinge sorry. My english is not really as it should be...
Cheers

Hi
Pierre,
I dont have it with me right now and I dont know the exact dimensions but the parts are ab. 1m long, 3-5 cm diameter with a 45 degrees (ish) hinge in the middle.
When you say hinge to you mean hinge (i.e. a moving, articulated section) or a rigid bend? - If it's a hinge then I'd probably suggest not making that section out of carbon fibre and using a more appropriate material instead.
If you do mean a bend then this is quite difficult to do in carbon fibre because it requires either a split-mould that's difficult to get inside to lay up or a rigid mandel that's difficult to remove which is why you're left considering inflatable bladders. If you have limited experience of composites at the moment I would probably avoid this particularly difficult problem at first.
Best regards, Matt

Hello Pierre,
Take a look at a thread under Recreational and Sports Equipment labeled Inflatable Bladder Mould. It gives some pretty creative options. I can't think of any better advice at least at the moment.
Good luck with your project!

Hi guys
I have an idea in mind to make a golf cart using CF. I will use my cart as model but there is some bended parts that I don't know how to reproduce. I dont have it with me right now and I dont know the exact dimensions but the parts are ab. 1m long, 3-5 cm diameter with a 45 degrees (ish) hinge in the middle.
Any ideas how to make that ? Sould I buy some tubes and connect them with an adhesive? or with some cloth (sleeve ?)? Should I make it all with CF sheets / sleeve?
Cheers from Newcastle !
Pierre
