The rods cope well with flex providing that the flex does not exceed the sheer strength of the epoxy (this is normally where they will fail leading to them fracturing, rather than the carbon breaking).
In terms of the minimum bend radius this isn't data that I have specifically for each rod but in a less scientific sense I've just bent a 3mm rod through 90 degrees over a radius of 260mm and the 4mm 90 degrees over 360mm and they returned to their original straightness without any trouble. At those radiuses the rods are pretty hard to bend much further although how far I could have gone before they would have fractured I'm not quite sure.
