Hi guys

I was wondering how you would make a really thin sheet of CF ?

Thin would mean between 0.1 and 0.2 mm, and I wouldn't really care about the surface gloss, but need to avoid air bubbles trapped.

I've tryed by pressing the 1 layer of CF between 2 sheets of perspex, and trying to press locally to have the air bubbles out. This gives a glossy finish but I can really see gaps in the CF between the picks. I've also tried by laying the CF on a flat support, and then sand it to the fiber, both sides (to have the same finish).

Thanks !

Pierre
