Hi Guys,
Looking at making a mold for some winged kayak paddles. Look a bit like
this
.
I'm thinking of making it as a mold with no flanges, just a simple layup of each side as they should fit together nicely because of their shape.
To make the hole for the paddle shaft to go into I am thinking of using a small section of shaft bulked out slightly to give a glue gap around the outside and some tape to stop it sticking.
Bit of some mindless ramblings here but what do people think? The way to go or is there a better way?
