I was wondering how to determine the necessary gsm (areal weight) for Zoltek Panex 35 Uni-prepreg tape. My group and I are trying to simulate a Prosthetic foot for high activity, and we need a proof of concept. We are trying to find out what the best areal weight for that application would be. How would you determine it for such or other applications?
