So I am planning on making a R32 GTR N1 Boot Lip links to pictures are below. I am wondering how other people would go about making this as it needs to have a flat bottom to attach to the car using either a double sided tape or some form of glue. I don't have a vacuum pump either and as this will be made from carbon fibre I was wondering how I go about keeping the shape. I was thinking possibly making a mould for the piece then create a foam inset that would sit in the mould which the carbon would wrap around that way I would be able to keep the piece really light if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Fillet, pull mold. 2 part mold if you want a flat bottom, just use the existing flange or even the boot lid for the shape.
