I'm new to all of this, and I want to make parts in my engine in carbon fiber, my fuse box cover, radiator cover etc. I've seen most of the post people using the vaccum infusion.
I live in canada
If anyone could help me out a bit. That would be awesome
Thank you

What do you need help with mate? Best place to start is to watch the EC tutorial videos
All of them. Then get yourself some fibreglass and start playing around, get to know the materials. It's gonna take quite a bit of trial and error to start turning out decent parts. You will waste money, you will waste materials, you will get frustrated. Then you'll nail it, and nothing beats that feeling

If it helps I stuck with vac bagging for a loooong time. I didn't see the point of infusion when I could make perfectly adequate parts with a bag. I tried it and now I would infuse through choice. It is that good!

Thanks guys
Yea I know, I'm compiling a list of what materials I need to purchase. I will try the vaccum bagging, I'm just going to be making parts from oem ones on my car, I thought about making molds to produce more. For a pump which is best to use?

If you look at eBay and/or Amazon for vacuum pumps, there are some well-known brands from the HVAC industry available at reasonable prices. The bigger the part you're bagging, the higher the CFM rating of the pump should be so it empties the bag in a reasonable amount of time.
