Much of my daily work is rapid prototyping/proof of concept projects. This is a small air intake. The two small dimples either side of the inlet meant a split mould and a separate mould for the underside of the part. Getting two layers of 450 plus peel ply and mesh in the deep recess without bridging was a challenge. The pressure was on with this one, two days from start to finish. Crying

2 days!  I'd have been lucky to produce a part that nice in 2 months.  Top work there.
