Is the high temp base coat need to be cure the same way as the high temp epoxy? If so how how long do I have to post cure it?

Yes, to acheive its high HDT (Heat Distortion Temperature) the High Temperature Epoxy Skinning Basecoatwould also need to be post-cured at elevated temperatures. The post cure schedule is the same as that for the High Temperature Epoxy Laminating Resin. You'll find the recommended post-cure schedule on the Datasheet for the High Temperature Epoxy.

ok as for the HT epoxy do i have to post cure for every coating or just the ending coating as it never stated on it..

Do all your post-curing at the end when you have laminated all the layers of resin on BUT BEFORE YOU START FLATTING IT. This will ensure that if the resin sags into the weave during post curing then you can flat this out afterwards.
