Hi Guys,
Just thought I would quickly introduce myself before posting loads of questions.
Im very new to carbon and glass fibre, made a few test pieces before I embark on a slightly ambitious piece, a coolant tray/enclosure for my CNC mill. Mould almost complete.
Cheers
Dave.

Thanks guys.
Matthieu, good to see you on this site. I had subscribed to your youtube channel and have learnt a lot from them. Keep up the good work.
The Fibreglass King, cool name
I will upload some pics later today, I am just smoothing/varnishing the inside ready for release agent. I am reconsidering my choice/quantity and will probably ask for advice later.
Cheers
Dave.

Hi,
Here is the CAD drawing of the tray, size is 68 x 38 x 7 inches.
Here are two pictures of the wooden mould. The mould is 10mm oversized as I was aiming for 5+mm thickness, maybe thats overkill, not sure. I am just sealing it at the moment, also expecting a UPS delivery today from easycomposites.
Cheers
Dave
