How do  I mix it? with the epoxy or hardener and for how long as the mixture usually turn cloudy aft mixing it with epoxy. Is it suppose to be that way

Glass bubbles would normally be stired into the resin before the hardener is added but if you're using a relatively low-reactivity resin system like our Epoxy Coating Resin or our EL-2 Epoxy Laminating Resin with the SLOW hardener speed then it wouldn't really matter whether you mixed the resin first or mixed the bubbles in and then mixed in the hardener. Although the bubles are very light it would still be important to understand that when you work out the mix ratio for the resin and hardener you must not include the glass bubbles; the ratio need to be correct for the resin and hardener content.

Glass bubbles will certainly make the resin go a white colour and no longer transparent; this is their nature so nothing to worry about there.

ok bit will it effect the end result as I'm afraid it would no longer be clear when cured.

Yes, that's right. It would no longer be clear when cured. Any additive (including fumed silica) will reduce the clarity of the resin when cured, particularly glass bubbles which make the resin go a white-ish colour.
