Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 14	Hey there, Just been experimenting with the Silicone Mould Resin Casting Kit and have achieved good results so far, but I do have a question regarding the Silicone curing time: Is there any way to speed it up? I've seen online places that suggest increasing the ratio of silicone to catalyst from 100:5/20:1 to something a little higher, but obviously the pot says 100:2-5 and I don't want to go overboard and end up with something that is unusable! I ask because currently I am using the set-up boxes provided in the Starter Kit, and am afraid they'll melt in my oven! How long would I leave in the oven for, and how much would it speed the process up by?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 955, Visits: 3.4K	I've worked with some other silicones and time was cut by half or more while using heated environment... you mix everything at room temperature and pour it on the part then put everything in the oven at 60°C.
