The way I would do it is make the part this way:
Lay your lay-up in the mould and infuse (no honeycomb)
Let it cure and remove vac-bag materials and peelply
Add resin on that layer and put your honeycomb on it
Add some vacuum to firmly bond the honeycomb on that first layer
Wet lay toplayer on a serpearate sheet and put it on top of honeycomb and vacuumbag again

whats the process then? im guessing its not done during the resin infusion process? because i saw omeones project where he used some sort of honeycomb core during infusion, so im wondering what way the resin gets sucked through, filling the fibres but not the honeycomb structure??
for the alu are the carbon panels bade seperately and then added to the honeycomb once cured? whats done to prevent corrosion?

You use a structural adhesive to bond it together.
The aluminium doesn't collapse, it's what creates the gap between the carbon layers giving it the rigidity
Yes they do react, it's called galvanic corrosion

Most use an adhesive to hold it together as resin is too viscous so won't always reach in all places

about aluminium honeycomb. how does this work when being used with carbon infusion? i mean in the sandwich are the carbon sheets just glued with resin either side?
