I found no topic regarding injurys caused by using epoxy, so i might aswell start one as i think its pretty important to share if you have any bad experiences using epoxy, how you treated it and how you might have got it.

I recently experienced some red rashes om my thighs, forearms, and little om my stomach. I think ive got it from cutting 24h old epxy with the angle grinder and some dust got inside my clothes. Ive taken som fat skin cream that helps the rashes to heal. Ive also bought the 3M Cover all suit to wear out side my other working clothes. I hope i have no further issues with the epoxy.

cheers from sweden

Hi
Epoxy when cured and cut is not really irritating skin, some pure epoxy dust can cause some breathing problem but that's all. Really irritating are small fibers of cf or fg that get airborne when cutting laminated part. They are almost invisible.  You can avoid them by using painting suit and vaccum cleaner to immediately collect all dust while cutting. When you have thinner laminate cut It with nice scissors or metal sheet cutter ( not sure if my spelling is right; I mean thin sheet of metal,  like for beer can)
Watch easy composites video about cutting laminate parts,  they show how to do it fast and avoid irritation.
