This section of the forum is for Easy Composites' customers/potential customers who need support with Easy Composites products, it's not to be used as general composites talk. So your thread titled "
car paint under coating resin?"
was fine where it was. Problem is not many people go into the
hand layup section, so maybe it would have been better in
the general bit.

hers is one its called Talk Composites
http://www.talkcomposites.com/Default.aspx
here is another one its called Tech Support
http://www.talkcomposites.com/Easy-Composites-Ltd-Technical-Support
there are 2 links at the top of the easy composites home page.. its a little confusing.
I have the answer to my problem though as i now see that tech support is a sub section ( if i scroll down to see it )
but wouldnt it be better if only tech staff or "supreme beings" or something could answer in the tech support page ?

What carboncactus said.
We want non-staff to be able to post and answer in the tech support too. Although we have the raw knowledge as its our product, customers experiences with our products can be useful too. Also we don't pretend to know everything - composites is growing daily plus theres always several ways to "skin a cat" so often another persons idea on a solution to a problem can be beneficial.
