Hi, just bought your gelcoat spraying gun. Im planning on using it with Axson GC1 050 + GC10 epoxy gelcoat which has rather high viscosity. The standard nozzle size didn't work at all. What size would you recommend me? How big can I drill the standard nozzle?

Oh, you mixed it with laminating resin? You could try spraying this resin instead if its not too fluid. The only difference between gelcoat and resin is a thixotrope like silica and fillers to make it hard or sandable.
Just checked the data sheet, it states "easy to brush" suggesting its a gelcoat formulated for brush application. And by formulated I mean it probably has more silica than others, simple as that.

Also, be careful when spraying epoxy. You DO NOT want to breathe it. Air fed mask if possible.
