Hi Looks like you turned the front rail into splinters. If you are going for a cosmetic repair the only way I can see to fix it is this. (Others may have much better advice.) I would clamp the piece so it is in the correct shape. Rough up the inner back and wet layup some carbon for strengthening. Smooth on some peel ply on these wet layer to get the strands to lay down.(I suppose you could go through the trouble to bag it but I wouldn't bother) When cured your going to have to remove the cracked up stuff. Rough up the good layer when you to it and form a slight v around the perimeter of the crater you have just made. I would then wet lay up carbon until you get just proud of the surface. Peel ply again. Once cured board sand to the right contour. You may have to fill any depressions with more carbon. Now lets say you have it faired in carbon. Rough up all the way across the front of your jet ski. (looks like about a 3 inches high strip) Lay down very carefully, a 3k twill strip in the method of skinning as described in one of the videos in this forum. The method I described is a lot of work but will get you there if you need cosmetic perfection. If not just do a basic fiberglass repair and paint it. Hope this helps or at least makes sense. Fred
