hi

i am producing a plate with polyester resin and fumed silica as filler and gel coat in closed mold by casting . i need to know something
1- can i add fumed silica to the gel coat and then spry it on the mold ?
2- for white color when i add cobalt to gel coat the color change from white to cream . can i add some dioxide titanium ,
3 - what time is exactly de-molding time ? after reaching exothermic temperature ? or i should stay a while after exothermic temperature and then start de-molding ?

i will appreciate if help me and let me know what should i do
