Hi all, just wonder if anyone have some advice regarding Frekote 700, the problem is that we can´t control that we have release agent all over the tool, is there any way that you can control the coat, i mean maybe with UV-light or is there any coloragent you can apply. We have some complex tools and just the smallest of spots without frekote makes it stuck.
Thanks/Chris

Get better laminators ! If you can't release a mould shouldn't be doing the job !
If you have really tight corners brush all corners with an artist's brush then damp lint free cloth on all surfaces working from top to bottom.
Bit like the joke that bad window cleaners only do round windows

Harsh, but I kind of agree with Robs point ^

Releasing a mould isn't hard, it just takes some care. Do things methodically to ensure you get full coverage, and just pay attention while you're doing it, don't be distracted by something else. I've never come across a mould that's so complex that you can't get full release coverage.

With that in mind as well, are you sure your sticks are actually due to incomplete coverage? Perhaps there is another issue going on there.
