Hello. To achieve electrical conductivity in SEM use I am thinking of encapsulating (metal) samples in epoxy resin, 'dosed' with metal powder (to avoid charging of the resin and resulting image distortion). Ideally, I would also like to vacuum impregnate the samples prior to grinding and polishing, for subsequent SEM examination! Anyone with experience of this out there? (Use of 'hot press' type conductive matrix is not permissible). Thanks
