Hi everyone,
I am producing carbon fiber parts for sportbikes and currently working on a rear seat cowl. Everythings going great except..I need to fabricate the underside latch where it locks into place. In the photo below its all the black you see.
I am selling the whole part for $75 using 2 part carbon 1 part fiberglass so I am trying to keep the price down as much as possible. Is there anything I can get from Home Depot or Lowes or Advance Auto Parts store?

So you want to make the downside with carbon? or buy something similar to put on the downside of the part?

neither lol, I need to make a new underside all together. I will mould it but dont know what kind of cheap filler I can fill the mold with. It has to be a plastic filler due to expansion and contraction. So in other words I am looking for a cheap but durable plastic filler.
