Carbon parts rippling/lumpy

Hi guys I'm having a issues. ,  my parts are perfect after being sanded and laquared but they keep going ripply and you can feel raised bits over it?  Whys this happening?  Iv been using xcr resin and also a poly resin.. both does the same thing.. I'm skinning parts.

Again, it's most likely slight shrinkage of the resin following initial cure

This will be more apparent if exposed to heat and a post-cure at elevated temperature is ideal. The parts will show signs of shrinkage after a post-cure, but doing the final flatting after that should give better long-term cosmetic results
