I would assume how to fix those lines inbetween the different pours :D

Yes! I tried different stages of hardening of the previous layer but the refraction lines remain. Any ideas?

I've never found a way to do separate pours that doesnt come out with witness lines. But it's very easy to just sand out and then polish, or repour a finishing epoxy like GlassCast3.

The lines look more like ridges from the casting process as opposed to lines through the resin; you should be able to sand, polish and return to a full gloss without the ridge lines.
