Group: Forum Members Posts: 1, Visits: 8	Hello, I'm going to make a Carbon bonnet skin for my track car, I already have made a mold and i just want to make sure i'm buying the right amount of cloth and resin. The bonnet is a nice simple shape 1.3 Meters x 0.9 Meters and i'm going to wet lay it as i have no kit for bagging yet. I was planning on buying: 3 meters of 2/2 twill 200g 3 meters of 290g glass fabric 2 kgs epoxy resin I'm planning on coating the mold with a layer of resin and letting it set overnight then a later of carbon twill, 2 layers of glass fabric and then another layer of carbon twill. Will that be enough layers and resin for a bonnet skin? Thanks Darren
