Hi,

I realize this is a pretty basic question, but will I need to add VAT when i'm figuring up costs?

I live in the US.

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Sort of! you will not pay the VAT to us so we never charge it to international customers, you are liable to pay import duty, the amount you pay depends on the products ordered the value of the goods the country they have come from etc... You will normally have to pay somthing but I beleive in most cases it is less than the VAT amount. Your customs office contacts you by phone when the goods arrive to take payment for any duty that you owe.
