Hi - I have used the uni-mould system for a few tools and works well.

I just noticed the EMP60 and EMP160 moulding paste today and was wondering if this can be used with my existing vinylester tooling gelcoat resin that I have in abundance here at the shop?

This is for a smaller, more complex part where the moulding paste would be much easier than a full uni-mould layup.

If it can indeed be used, should the gelcoat be allowed to cure completely before applying an epoxy paste for reinforcement?

The two products have not been tested together.  The putty usually relies on the tacky finish in the case of the EMp60 and the coupling coat in the case of the EMP160.  You do not really have either of these when using the Uni-Mould gel coat so I suspect you may struggle to get a good quality bond between the two.
