Hi everybody!
I´m sure some of these Q´s have already been answered but i will put them in anyway to get everything in the same place.
More Q´s will propably follow.
1: What is the difference between Easylease release and PVA?
2: Can you ship all your items internationally? I live in Sweden and is there any transport regulations to any of the liquids? It should be added that I don´t need them express. Plane, boat, truck or jumping monkey doesn´t matter.
3: What is the mould cleaner made of? Could I use ethanol or something easily accessible in stead? Thingking of fraightcost and possible transport restrictions.
4: Brittish VAT is 20% if I´m not mistaken?
5: I have an idea for speeding up the process, will this work? I set the fibre and resin in the mold as per usual, put it in a vacuum bag and put it in a oven. Would this work in getting rid of air and curing properly? If it does work, what temperature should i use and is there a maximum time i could have it in there? I am very interested in infusion but it seems to be very timeconsuming. I would use it for thing with a demand for high strutural strenght, but for my small and tiny part it seems far to expensive timewise. Am i wrong? Any brilliant ideas for speeding things up? It still has to hold the same quality though.
6: How do I seal the edges of a sandwich? Concerned about moisture and fraying.
7: If I have to complete pieces of CF, cured and all, how do i best join them together? What should i use?
8: If i want to mount for ex. an aluminium bracket but i can´t drill, what method would be best?
9: I see in all the videos that you polish by hand, could i use a machine with a soft polishing head?
10: What are the recommended room temperatures to work in? When is to hot/ cold?
Being that english isn´t my first language i hope you can put up with my spelling and grammar.
Cheers! /Zach
