Mixing the different hardness resins is not something we haven't yet tried ourselves so cannot be sure if it will work or not. It very much depends on the actual chemistry surrounding the hardness once cured.  On inspection of the Safety Data Sheets, the products do appear to have similar chemicals within them.  However without some careful testing we cannot be sure if it would work or even if it would cure at all.  As a result we would not recommend trying to mix them unless you are happy with the fact the results would be purely experimental.

I am trying to develop a prototype tool for polishing and ideally want a polyurethane mould that is around 40shore hardness.  I purchased some Xencast P30 & P60 to experiment with.  The 30Shore is definitely a little too soft and the P60 is too hard.  Is is possible to mix the 2 in equal measures (by weight) to get a hardness of around 45shore?  If it is possible please advise the procedure if not equal measures.  Thanks for you help.
