Hi and Hello

I live in Suzhou China and have been here for almost 7 years ! I am a born and breed New Zealander ! The moment I stepped off the plane I fell inn love with this hugely diverse and interesting place ! Yes I found a job and was employed in minutes working for a cruiser boat manufacture !! Have had a couple of other jobs since ! Light 100% composite planes is where I love to be at but not to many places to pick from ! So anyone into composite light aircraft Id love to find and get some ideas please !!

Its a long story but a ozzie guy here in china wanted to build a steel framed  kit plane ,and after a month of making things and  throwing everything  away and getting no where fast , I packed my bags and left him to his crazy carry on's .

Once I got home in another part of china and had lots of thoughts of why hasn't some one used composite framing to make planes ! then I got into bike frames and how they were made but to many of them break when they shouldn't so had to be more robust plus needed shapes, so hard plastic tubing should be ok to make the desired shapes to mold over then pull the plastic out from inside !

Have over the years make lots of fibre glass pipes for exhaust systems for boats all shapes and sizes including water lock mufflers .

So aero plane composite  framing is next on my list of seemingly impossible things to have a go at making !.  

Anyone have any ideas how this can be done ??
