Afternoon All,
Now if your on Locostbuilders you might have already seen my thread, if not, will do same here.
Am looking at making (and improving) parts for my car, not so much to make it stronger, but more to tidy it up and of course add a bit of bling!
So with that in mind the first of my pics (more later when I ask about different things)
I need to take a mould off of this and ask for advice in the best way of doing it, be it carbon or stick with csm.
Best way to take a mould from that?
With the center nose bit, would that be too much for the carbon fibre to go into without distorting?
A rough mould of a part, an air vent (car is mid mounted with rads in the back) so how and where to extend that to make parts from?
Thanks so far.
(and will be asking best way to make brackets and wing stays)
