Hi Sir:
I am using your Pattern coat.I bought to you the GelCoat Spray Gun. This one brings the general purpose nozzle 3/16" or 4.7mm.
My question is: Can this nozzle be used to spray gelcoat as well Primer Coat for patterns?
The viscosity of the primer coat is not thick, so I guess 4.7mm the is not suitable. But I want get a right answer from you.
When use spray gun for Primer Coat and High-gloss and GC50, Alwasy Use 25% of acetone to dilute, right?
I want to get your reply quickly, thank you!

For
Pattern-Coat™ Primer
through the Gel coat cup gun, thin down using 25% acetone to get a good even spray characteristic.
For
Pattern-Coat™ Hi-Gloss,
when spraying, thin the Pattern-Coat™ Hi Gloss using
pure acetone
at a ratio of 25%.
Start by spraying a 'mist coat' over the pattern. Wait 2-5 minutes for the solvents to evaporate.
Pattern-Coat™ Hi-Gloss can be applied wet-on-wet but sufficient time must be left between passes (2-5 minutes) to allow time for the solvent to evaporate. Around 5 passes should leave a sufficient thickness of Hi-Gloss to ensure the surface can be properly flatted.

The standard nozzle is fine for gelcoats such as GC50.
