If i infuse a twill/sorc/twill layup in an upper and lower mould will it produce a double sided finish?

Hi,
Yes, it would. In fact, using an internal flow media, such as
Lantor Soric SF
, is one of the only ways you can do an infusion that has a 'double a side'.
It will be slower than infusing using mesh so allow for that (use the slow hardener) and you should be fine.
