OK so I did a search but couldn't find an answer, I've done my first mould now plan on trying to get a perfect surface is it best to use the wet and dry paper dry or with soapy water like you would with car paint?

What grade should I start with the surface is good already just has some scratches from the paint in places

Thanks Paul

Treat it the same as if you were sanding car paint, you will find its pretty hard stuff though so you need to renew the paper more often than paint.
