Hi my name is Michael,

I'm coming from Bavaria / Germany.

I watched a couple of the videos on easycomposites and it was enlightning ;-) therefor I hope I will find some good advices that will improve my poor knowledge of the craftmanship behind reinforced fibre parts and the mistakes I make with it.

I already made a couple of parts in gfrp, mostly automotive parts.

Ultimately I would like to learn how to produce quality cosmetic carbon fibre parts throught vacuuminfusion.

Hey ;-)

right now I have a couple of moulds already, interior parts of an Opel ready for cosmetic carbon parts in vacuum.

Additionally I have a mould for an Harley Davidson heck with Seatplate and a cover for underneath the heck. They are basically finished but I still need some refinement to do at all the cutting helps so that I can produce a complete plug and play uhm I meant plug&ride ;-) part for sale ;-)

I have a request for an prototype for an handlaid GRP part, this current part, has nothing to do with automotive parts or anything thrilling, it is a daily business life part which would be much more efficient in injection molding but the numbers the company wants is too low to certify the costs of the injection molds, so I'm going to do it by hand.

I am not sure what my next project will be...when temperatures  rise (cause my current place for laminating has no big heater that could warm the whole place up) I will try to finally produce some real fine cosmetic carbon fibre parts out of the first Opel Moulds with vaccuminfusion.

Michael

ps: oh and hey there neighbour from belgian ;-)
