What is the smallest radius corner you can successfully vacuum bag carbon finer around?

It would be very hard if not impossible to quantify it. I have laid carbon around some very tight radius' (more than 90 degrees, easy) without issue. I think the more difficult task is having to lay the fibres over tight radius' that go in different directions, as this pulls the fibres all over the place and make it more likely to bridge.

Easier to help if you can describe or post a photo of what you are trying to do.

Only looking at a 90 deg but what I would like to know is how sharp of a corner can I have? I will send photo of the mould when I have it finished. I am only going to use 5/6 layers of fiber. It is for a marine dashboard so looks are important not strength.

Depends on the cloth. The thicker the cloth, the harder to conform to right radii.  With the addition of vacuum and careful manipulation you should be able to force the carbon around most tight corners, however the risk of it going wrong is higher the tighter the corner.
