I do not think you can CAD design your way out of something like this .. The physical properties of the composites and shapes needed are just too complex or unknown...
If i had a reasonable budget to do this, I would buy a sample set of CF tubes, some Resin and some CF braided tape and braided hose.
I have made a 28 mm OD tube from some of EC's "woven finish CF tube, by adding some braided CF hose on top with resin and roll wrapped with shrink tape.
This tube easily holds my bodyweight (75 kg. ) over the 1 metre length.
By slotting together suitable different outside/inside diameters together, and making sliding points from low friction material epoxied to the tubing, it should be possible to construct a telescoping stretcher.
