Hello,
Just started this year my small hoby - composite part production. Mainly produce parts using resin infusion process, as Pre-Preg is more expensive. But starting to think more and more about it.
Built this small oven (3000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm) for post curing, it is not fully finished but going towards completion:
Heating will be done with external heating gas burner. Inside there will be fan, to move hot air inside, and air outlet to avoid pressure build up inside.
Thermal control will be manual
No other sollution could be found for such big owen.
Here is a photo of small workshop with several upcoming build'ups (Civic for time atack, BMW for drift, Supra for daily fun, Black civic for sale).

Nice "small" oven!
If you've insulated it well then a space heater will be too big I would have thought... does it recirculate the air or just blast it out the other side?
I know of an oven of similar size that only uses 2x 3kW electric oven heater elements with a process controller and 1 thermocouple on the controller (placed on the inlet side of the heater box with the option of a thermocouple attached to the part instead). It took a bit of setting up but it works well.
It would be near impossible to control the temps accurately by manual means over an 8-15hr cure period.

It takes fresh air from outside, burns it and fan blows hot air into my "small" owen. If I will recircullate hot air from inside owen then my heater will overheat. So I can't recirculate air.
strange but it is easy to keep steady temperature for 80-90 or even 100C. I simply open more or less hot air exhaust valve from owen to outside.
hardest part is with raising temperature steady. Best result is 4-5 degrees per minute. Because I use epoxy resin which cures 24hr in room temperature and after that I have to post cure it at 70C for 15hrs it is not a big issue. But if my plans are using pre-preg, then I can have some troubles.
i have been thinking about electric coils, but was unsurre will it be able to heat my owen up to 100C, so I chose to use natural gal burner.

Gas heating is the least desirable way to do this. I'd rather do it electric, offers much better...
