I'm also planning to build a bike (tt frame that looks like Cervelo P5).

Sure, it's lot to do and think about, but it's fun Smile

Anyway, I have found some other links that may be nice to see

Hi, Titch.

Here's a link I found. It might help you decide which process to choose. I know its not purely "Tube Assembling", but the way he assembles his frame is just like putting tubes together.

Hope it will help.

I'm planning to build a bicycle frame using a mixture of Carbon tubes, fabric and aluminium.
I will need to bond the aluminium to the carbon but I'm not too sure how I would do that. And also I will need to join carbon tubes together.

I don't know what I will need to buy to do all this. I want to use a 12k weave as the surface layer. What else will I need?
