How am i suppose to use it in skinning ? Do i have to put the base coat over it again then the carbon fibre or just use the epoxy to "glued" it together ?

from what I understand, black diolen can be used almost like carbon in skinning as it looks very similar.

Hi,
You can apply a second layer of cloth to the previous layer as soon as the resin has gone 'tacky' you will not need to use a basecoat at this stage. The resin if caught at the right moment should allow the following layer to be held in place sufficiently. You can repeat this method to build as many layers as you wish.
