Hello. I am wondering if anyone had any suggestions how to make this CAD design out of carbon fibre. I would like to know what type of mould I would have to make (male or female) and out of what material the mould would have to be made out. I have access to a CNC miller. 

As with comments above, this is a very complicated part that will need multiple part moulds and may well need to be made in several parts assembled on completion.

I would suggest you would almost certainly be down the pre-preg route, just due to the complicated layup alone let alone making the seamless part.
