Hi! I don't really get idea of using hair spray. I think you mean that you want to create clean cut as it is in profinish fabric, am I right?I have never done such a thing before, so I can't tell you whether it works or not. You can use base coat but I use normal epoxy resin or gel or spray can glue. I recommend using twill waeve as it is better for curvy places. Pro finish will allow you to have better cuts but it is stiffer so it takes the shape harder than standard twill. My own idea is to use gelcoat instead of resin to cover the fabric, because it will be more uv stable. Bye Wojtek from Poland
