After trimming/sanding, how do you finish the border ? I've heard some people use a small brush with black gel coat ?

Do you wanna hide that bridge you had earlier?
I had a pretty bad bridge with a nosecone. You an sort of see it, it's in the lip at the back:
I covered it with some black satin using 3M fine line tape:

Seal the edge with Cyanoacrylate, lightly sand until smooth then polish.
Or if you have a core to cover up use black gel coat.

@cc : Black satin is really nice. I luv it. But it changes the whole color of the part, which is not what the customer necessary desires
But I'm astonished how it has hidden the bridge on the lip
I need to find some black stain coat !
@r0bsk1 : ok for c
yanoacrylate glue

Oh you mean the edge as in the thickness of the part? To seal it from humidity?
I tend to clear coat my parts so the overspray takes care of it, but you're gelcoating then trimming.
I like robs super glue method. How do you keep it tidy? Stuck fingers guaranteed if I do it!
