Hello, I'm ready to operate my big EC vac pump for the first time. I'm a bit confused about what to do with the red cap. What's its role ? I understood I've first to remove the big black fitting cap to poor some pump oil in. But what to do with the small red cap located near the botttom of the handle ?

Yes i also need to know this info i got a unit today,
as i have filled up the small hole with red cap, if i need to drain this i need to know asap!!..

same with the plastic flasks?? no instruction book on the pump?
