Brush applied GC50 gel coat

Group: Forum Members Posts: 12, Visits: 119	Hi, I have used you GC50 clear gel coat on a couple of different projects 1. to make a flat carbon fibre panel, using a glass sheet 2. carbon fibre dash board, using a contiboard and plastic home made mould for both I used Easy-lease release agent. My problem is when I brush out the gelcoat I seem to get thin streaks in the gelcoat where the gel doesn't want to flow? Any idea what I'm doing wrong please. thanks

But weird as in, the outside is mirror like glass, which I love, but depending on how well it's sprayed and thicknesses the actual weave underneath can look really Strange. ill have a take a pic. Maybe I need to keep practicing! I'll get there in the end I'm sure.
